Refund Policy

Due to the nature of hemp-derived products, all sales are considered final unless an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete. Customers must report any shipping issues or product concerns within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with order details and supporting photos when applicable, with a 7 day return policy on all products.

If approved, eligible replacements, store credit, or refunds may be issued at the discretion of TREE DISTRO. Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method used during purchase. TREE DISTRO is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, incorrect customer information, or packages returned due to failed delivery attempts.

Wholesale and bulk orders may be subject to separate terms depending on order size, pricing agreements, and inventory commitments.
